Rav 4 goes in for checkup, service tech reports that the air filters need changing. Figured I'd save a few bucks and put in new ones myself.
Check engine light goes on shortly thereafter. Bring the car into service and get charged $100 for "hoses are on reversed". What? I guess they were unhappy that a customer changed air filters (and not get charged $100 +) so they decide to make something up.
I have bought three cars there but lately it seems that their service department is out to bill the customer as much/often as they can. My advice: Go somewhere else until they get their act together
